1. Booking and Payment
All tours must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices are in CHF and include VAT.

If a tour is cancelled due to severe weather, road closures, technical issues, or insufficient participants, we will issue a full refund. No additional compensation will be provided.
4. Itinerary Adjustments
Our tours take place on mountain roads and high-altitude routes. Weather and road conditions may require itinerary changes. We reserve the right to adapt routes or stops at short notice for safety or operational reasons.
5. Fitness and Health
Tours may involve moderate physical activity at high altitudes (up to 2,500 meters or more). It is your responsibility to ensure you are fit to participate. Please inform us of any health conditions when booking.
6. Safety and Conduct
Participants must follow guide instructions at all times. We reserve the right to exclude anyone behaving dangerously or disrespectfully. Intoxicated individuals will not be allowed to participate.
7. Liability and Insurance
Swiss Alp Tours is not liable for injuries, delays, or personal property loss. We recommend personal travel and health insurance that covers mountain regions and high-altitude activities.
8. Photography and Media
We may take photos or videos during the tour for use on our website, social media, or promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in writing before the tour.
9. Data Protection
We respect your privacy and protect your personal data according to Swiss law. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction is Interlaken (Bern), Switzerland.

Wird eine Tour wetterbedingt, wegen Straßensperrungen, technischer Probleme oder zu wenigen Teilnehmern abgesagt, erstatten wir den vollen Preis. Weitere Entschädigungen sind ausgeschlossen.
4. Routenänderungen
Unsere Touren führen über Bergstraßen und in hochalpine Regionen. Änderungen des Programms sind wetter- oder sicherheitsbedingt jederzeit möglich.
5. Gesundheit und Fitness
Die Teilnahme kann körperliche Aktivität in Höhenlagen über 2.500 m erfordern. Prüfen Sie bitte selbst, ob Sie gesundheitlich geeignet sind, und informieren Sie uns über gesundheitliche Einschränkungen.
6. Sicherheit und Verhalten
Anweisungen der Guides sind jederzeit zu befolgen. Personen, die sich unangemessen oder gefährlich verhalten, können ausgeschlossen werden. Alkoholisierten Personen wird die Teilnahme verweigert.
7. Haftung und Versicherung
Swiss Alp Tours übernimmt keine Haftung für Unfälle, Verspätungen oder verlorene Gegenstände. Wir empfehlen eine private Reise- und Unfallversicherung mit Deckung für Hochgebirgsregionen.
8. Foto- und Videoaufnahmen
Während der Tour können Fotos/Videos gemacht werden. Diese können für Werbung und soziale Medien verwendet werden. Wer nicht abgebildet werden möchte, muss uns vor der Tour schriftlich informieren.
9. Datenschutz
Ihre persönlichen Daten werden gemäß dem Schweizer Datenschutzgesetz vertraulich behandelt und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.
10. Gerichtsstand
Gerichtsstand ist Interlaken (Bern), Schweiz. Es gilt das Schweizer Recht.

1. Réservation et Paiement
Toutes les excursions doivent être réservées à l’avance. Le paiement intégral est exigé au moment de la réservation. Prix en CHF, TVA incluse.

En cas d’annulation (météo, routes fermées, problèmes techniques, nombre insuffisant de participants), un remboursement complet sera effectué. Aucune autre compensation ne sera versée.
4. Modifications d’itinéraire
Nos circuits se déroulent sur des routes de montagne et à haute altitude. L’itinéraire peut être modifié pour des raisons de sécurité, de météo ou de circulation.
5. Santé et Condition Physique
Certaines étapes peuvent se faire à plus de 2.500 m d’altitude. Veuillez vous assurer que vous êtes apte à y participer et nous informer de tout problème médical.
6. Sécurité et Comportement
Les instructions du guide doivent être suivies. Toute personne sous l’influence d’alcool ou au comportement inapproprié pourra être exclue.
7. Responsabilité et Assurance
Swiss Alp Tours n’est pas responsable des blessures, retards ou pertes d’effets personnels. Une assurance voyage couvrant les activités en montagne est fortement recommandée.
8. Photos et Vidéos
Des photos/vidéos peuvent être prises pendant l’excursion. Elles pourront être utilisées à des fins promotionnelles. Si vous ne souhaitez pas apparaître, veuillez nous en informer par écrit avant le départ.
9. Protection des Données
Vos données personnelles sont traitées de manière confidentielle et ne sont partagées qu’en conformité avec la loi suisse.
10. Droit applicable
Les présentes conditions sont régies par le droit suisse. Le for juridique est Interlaken (Bern), Suisse.
