How are your tours planned?
Our tours are individually designed by our local drivers based on your preferences, the current season, and the weather. After booking, we ask for your general interests—lakes, mountains, waterfalls, villages, etc.—and create a unique route that showcases the best available destinations on your tour date.
Do you follow a fixed route?
No. Each tour is tailored and may change depending on the group, the weather, and the time of year. That’s what makes our tours flexible and unique—even if you join us more than once, you’ll see different places.
Where do the tours start and end?
We offer convenient pick-up and drop-off point at the Ost and West Train Station in Interlaken.
How long is a typical day trip?
Our day tours usually last between 7 to 9 hours, depending on the route and season. We include plenty of time at each stop and avoid rushed schedules.

Is food included?
Meals are not included, but we always plan a stop at a scenic restaurant or café. You’re also welcome to bring your own picnic.
What happens in bad weather?
We check the weather in advance and select the most suitable route for the conditions. If rain is forecasted, we choose places that still shine in mist or overcast skies—like gorges, waterfalls, or caves. Our tours run in almost any weather unless safety is at risk.
Is there a toilet on the bus?
No, but we plan regular stops where restrooms are available.
Can I book a private tour?
Yes! We offer fully private tours for individuals, couples, families, or groups. Let us know your preferred date and group size, and we’ll create a custom offer.
What languages do you offer?
All tours are available in English. German and other languages may be available on request—please ask when booking.
